DISABILITY ACCESS
Both the For the Love of Fantasy/Comic Con Scotland event and The Royal Highland Centre venue are completely disabled friendly with full access to all areas of the event.
ACCESSIBLE TOILETS
There are disabled toilet facilities inside the public toilet areas.
MOTORISED SCOOTER AND WHEELCHAIRS
Motorised scooters and wheelchairs are allowed in public parts of the venue, and guide dogs are welcome in The Royal Highland Centre. Wheelchairs are not provided and therefore customers need to bring their own if required.
DISABILITY ACCESS TICKETS
We have a dedicated team of customer assistants waiting to help you get the right ticket for your requirements. For the Love of Fantasy/Comic Con Scotland customers with specific access requirements will need to register these details with our Customer Care team when they buy their ticket. Everybody’s requirements will be different, and we want to ensure your enjoyment of the event, therefore, disability tickets can only be booked by calling our Customer Care team on 0344 8000 410. Phone lines are open Monday - Saturday 9am - 9pm & Sundays and Bank Holidays 10am - 5pm.
Customers will receive tickets allowing priority access to For the Love of Fantasy/Comic Con Scotland, avoiding the queue and giving priority for autographs and photo opportunities, as well as at the front door. Customers will need to show their accessibility priority tickets to our venue stewards on arrival. There is Accessible Parking near the venue and dedicated accessible parking spaces are available.
CARER TICKETS
For the Love of Fantasy/Comic Con Scotland will provide a free ticket to carers/personal assistants of fans who are attending that have a medical disability to accompany them in the venue. The person with disability will need to buy a full price general admission ticket, it is only the carer/personal assistant who is entitled to a free ticket. If the person with disability is under 16 years of age, a carer ticket will not be granted as all persons under 16 years of age need adult supervision anyhow. In order to receive an additional ticket, the personal assistant needs to be on the carer's register which we will require proof of. Please call our customer services team to book on 0344 8000 410.
